I found Tomy on the street in Durres, a coastal town in Albania. He walked about neglected, wet with rain, cold and hungry. I took him to a clinic for castration, blood tests and deworming. Then I took him to a small outdoor shelter with a dog house but there is no heating. It is far from luxurious and cold and wet in winter. But there is little or nothing to shelter in Albania. Tomy is super sweet, affectionate and completely healthy, weighs 10 kilos and is more than ready for a new life. He wants to play, run, enjoy, love, cuddle, a warm basket or bed. He is good with dogs and children.
